We've moved! Okay, we've moved a couple of times since our last website, but this is the final move (hopefully for awhile!) and we are finally settled enough to get this thing up and running.
We moved into our own flat almost four weeks ago and are enjoying FINALLY living alone enjoying our own space. Despite having little storage space for anything and everything we possess, the place has slowly grown on us. With a pub every 50 feet and the train station just as close, we've enjoyed the borough and hope to live here longer than we lasted at the last place.
Work has been tolerable on both ends with my company picking up pace for a little while and Matt's hours not being as extended as they were getting. We've sent through our 100+ page application for a work permit and have our fingers crossed that it all goes through without a hitch. Its daunting knowing that someone unknown has our life in their hands and can either approve or deny our request. We should hear back from them in another month or two and then will have to apply for another round once we return for Christmas. Ridiculous, costly, but hopefully worth it in the long run.
Well, its now officially Monday and neither Matt and I are ready to see our weekend end. We want to congratulate Vanessa and Craig on their new arrival and we can't wait to see all the additions to the Wilson side of the family!! Lots of love and please keep in touch! We love calls & pictures, but emails and comments are just as much appreciated!
